FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION

All vendors must be self-sufficient with a generator no louder than 80db. Each Food vendor will be required to provide its own Fire Suppression System, if cooking is occurring on site. Tents, tables, chairs and all supplies including ice must be provided by vendor. Please follow all health and safety regulations. No Water or Electricity will be provided. Please include the size of your truck for approval and accommodations. Allotted space will be 10x10 only unless other option is selected and paid.  

 

** Please Note your menu must be a fast service, quick item to accommodate a large crowd. If you arrive without the requirements listed within this document you will not be allowed to vend - This includes generators, fire suppression and any other concerns that do not comply. No refunds will be issued.  

 

May 2nd will be setup day – vendors will be allowed in at 10 AM and must be set up by 2PM and will be assigned a set up time. Generator refueling and restock will be allowed at 11AM Saturday, May 3rd and 9 AM, Sunday May 4th. Tear down will be after show May 4th. All items must be removed on Sunday AFTER spectators leave the area.  Any additional vehicles or trailers used for storage or otherwise must be parked outside of the vendor and spectator area unless prearranged.  You should include this in your application.   No refunds will be issued for any reason.  

 

When the term “Vendor” is used, it applies to all Vendors, Exhibitors, and Sponsors and their employees/ designees. In consideration for being allowed to be a Vendor at the Airshow, Vendor waives, releases, and forever discharges the Red White and Blue Air Show, its sponsors, producers, officers, directors, agents, insurers, employees, staff, officials, contractors, vendors, organizers, performers, volunteers, attendees, all other persons or entities involved with the Air Show, specifically including General Claire L Chennault Foundation, Chennault Aviation & Military Museum of Louisiana, Inc., (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses (economic and non-economic), and liabilities of every kind (collectively “Claims”), including, but not limited to, releasing all of the above Released Parties from claims stemming from the Released Parties own negligence, for death, personal injury, or property damage, which may arise out of, result from, or relate to the Vendor’s assistance/participation in, or traveling to or from, the Air Show, including, but not limited to, any Claims for theft, damage to any equipment, negligence, partial or permanent disability, Claims relating to the provision of first aid, medical care, medical treatment, or medical decisions (at the Air Show site or elsewhere), and any Claims for medical or hospital expenses. Vendor assumes all responsibility for any and all risk of physical injury or death or property damage that it may sustain while participating in anyway, including travel enroute to and from the Air Show, in any voluntary e ort or activity of any nature, including the use of equipment and facilities of The Red White and Blue Air Show. Furthermore, Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the additional named insureds, including the Red White and Blue Air Show,  Monroe Regional Airport, The City of Monroe, Friends of the Chennault Aviation & Military  Museum of Louisiana, Inc, General Claire L Chennault Foundation and all of their officers, directors, agents, employees, and volunteers, from any and all expenses incurred, claims made, or liabilities assessed against them, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses, arising out of or resulting from, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any breach or failure to abide by any part of this Agreement, any of Vendor ’s alleged actions or inactions which cause injury, death or damage to any other person or property arising from any connection or nexus to Vendor attractions or operations. Vendor agrees that the venue and jurisdiction for any action stemming from this agreement will only be in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana and this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Also, if any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The Red White and Blue Air Show follows updated CDC Health Guidelines. As such, you are required to follow venue rules and guidelines when attending the event. You may be denied entry, removed from the venue, or relocated without prior notice if staff deem you to be unsafe or high risk to any guest or team members.  Please acknowledge understanding and acknowledgment of all the items below. 

Each Vendor will include admissions to the show: 3 admissions for $750 Vendor, 4 for $1000 vendors, 5 for $1250 vendors. Any additional admissions must be purchased in addition to vendor fee.
Vendor acknowledges and agrees to allow any photograph, video, likeness and/or voice to appear in any documentary, promotional (including advertisements), television, radio, electronic or film coverage of the Air Show without compensation or further notice, and agrees and assigns all copyright or other interests therein to The Red White and Blue Air Show.
Vendor understands that if at any time after the Air Show starts, in the event of any local, state, federal, military, FAA or any other official entity determine we cannot host the airshow due to matters beyond our control — including but not limited to accidents, weather, COVID or acts of God – no refunds will be issued.
The Red White and Blue Air Show will establish hours when the Vendor may enter the Show premises in order to setup, operate or take down the attractions, will establish assigned attraction and parking areas and reserves the right to make changes, including changes to the Vendor areas so they do not conflict with the Airshow operations.
I understand that I am not allowed to sell any items that create Flying Object Debris or items that are hard to see on the field. You understand that these items are subject to change but very specifically include clear or white bottle tops of any kind.
No electricity is available at the airfield. Generators with a noise level of 80 decibels or less are permitted. NO OTHER GENERATORS WILL BE ALLOWED.
All Vendors must carry a General Liability and an Automobile policy (if applicable) with a $1 Million Minimum. Certificate of Liability Insurance documents naming Red White and Blue Air Show, City of Monroe, Friends of the Chennault Aviation & Military Museum of Louisiana, Inc., General Claire Chennault Foundation as Named Insured must be provided.
$1,000,000 Minimum Liability is required and must be good through the date of the event. This must be provided with your vendor application.
Red, White and Blue Air Show has the right, without penalty, to enter and inspect your booth, or to deny entrance to the show and/or booth to anyone because of their conduct, noncompliance with the aforementioned designated hours, or for life, health or safety reasons and for the best interests of the Air Show.
